Andy and myself managed to complete the 54 mile ride from London to Brighton yesterday in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

We were part of the 27,000 riders who braved the saddle sores for what has become the largest bike ride in Europe.

Andy started the race with a flat but made up for it with a compelling ride whilst I decided to ride my single speed fixed gear, making the downhills slightly mental!

It was a great day, finished with some very well deserved beers on the seafront!
