The Optimus Maximus OLED keyboard looks very cool! It features an actual OLED screen that is embedded in each plastic key, you can drop any image edited in photoshop into the keys. You can program 10 keys to launch applications, open mail, set a key to display what itunes track you're playing, or even display a clock with moving hands or play a quicktime movie!! 

Perhaps it's a bit of a novelty but I'm notoriously bad at shortcuts so a picture keyboard could be the answer..... maybe not with the hefty price tag!!
