Baby Ceylon

Brief

Baby Ceylon is an exclusive fashion boutique with stores in Portobello Road and Crouch End. Their collections are small with limited edition pieces added throughout the seasons.

Baby Ceylon wanted to extend the collection online whilst retaining the friendly and exclusive boutique environment and personal service.

They also needed a way of reaching out to their already established client base in order to keep customers informed of new collections, sales and general related articles.

Outcome

They.Create was approached by our friends at Sum Design to design and develop a bespoke set of email templates that could integrate directly into the You.Send content managed email marketing software.

The addition allowed Baby Ceylon to track campaigns and tailor their online communications, leveraging the information gatherered from the user analysis and click through statistics.

The system was designed to run with their existing You.Create content management software package.
