Hydra Healthcare is the UK's leading medical recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to placing medical professionals within NHS, PCT's, Care Homes and independent hospitals.

They.Create was commissioned to design & develop an all-in-one solution that would centralise Hydras job database, whilst allowing them complete control over their website.

Outcome

Following indepth consultation with Hydra on their existing operations and procedures, we prepared a detailed workflow analysis with recommendations.

One key area for improvement was to create a centralised hub in order to help Hydra maintain their client relations and candidate database. From their CRM, Hydra can manage all content, client and candidate information as well as send HTML emailers targeted to specific job sectors, industries and individuals all within one easy click.
