Brief

Thrive is an on demand HR solution from ROC that encapsulates 30 years of Global HR & Payroll expertise from SAP, world leaders in Human Capital Management software.

They.Create was commissioned to design and develop the brand identity for ROC's new cloud-based software solution.

Outcome

Following a comprehensive research and development phase that included product naming and brand positioning, They.Create designed and developed a new mark with a two-fold approach. The first, a logotype with accompanying tag line, the second a software application icon.

Design

The clean, flowing lines sweep to form an unmistakeable cloud formation that houses and frames the key words - HR, (the software's core application) which allowed for the mark to be used both as full logo and application icon.

This was balanced with the fullness of the custom typeface for an approachable and familiar impression.
